The Friends of St Christopher's (FoSC) is an association which is greatly valued in school.
Membership is open to parents, staff and to others who wish to help and keep in contact with the school.
During the year, the Friends organise several fund-raising events. The Friends have enjoyed significant success over recent years, having raised enough money to buy a new minibus for the school. They have also raised thousands of pounds to help improve the facilities and resources available to our pupils. Recently, money has been used to buy:
ICT Equipment
Sports Equipment
Library Books
Science Models
Dining Tables and Chairs
All parents are very welcome to join the association, volunteer to be a member of the committee or simply support the Friends by attending their social events and fundraising activities.
We have active Facebook and Twitter accounts where you can find up-to-date school information and more detail about any up coming events and/or meetings.
The FoSC team have organised many events including summer fayres, Christmas markets and the yearly 'FoSC BIG QUIZ'. Lots of time and effort go into the organisation of these events and we are always grateful for any contribution and participation from not only FoSC members but also anyone in our wider school community.
We also have our incredibly successful Pre-loved Uniform Shop and have just introduced our Pre-loved Prom Shop. Both housed in our fantastic NEW premises, which was created after winning the 'Lets Go Zero' competition which was sponsored by Ikea,.
Follow the links above to find out more about the Shop.
