Ticket Only Open Evening 2021 for Year Six pupils and their parents

We are delighted to be able to open our doors to prospective parents and pupils in order to say WELCOME. Virtual events and online videos are helpful but nothing competes with the sense of occasion generated by a face-to-face visit. With COVID-19 still with us we all need to protect ourselves and each other and so this year’s event will be conducted with measures in place to make sure that your visit is safe and enjoyable.

What are we doing to protect visitors?
- Ticket only entrance at designated times
- Sanitising on arrival and encouraging the wearing of face coverings
- Ventilated rooms
- Social distancing
- Guided tours
How can you help?
- Book your ticket in advance and by 5th October, 5pm at the latest by following this link and choosing a time slot which best suits your needs
- Try to limit your family entry to two only (for example, mum or dad and son/daughter currently in Year 6). We have a maximum of three guests per ticket
- Take a lateral flow test before setting off and only attend after receiving a ‘negative’ result
- Stay at home if you are displaying any symptoms associated with COVID-19 and visit our virtual tour on the school web site
- Arrive at your chosen time slot
- Sanitise your hands on arrival and wear a face covering (masks will be available)
- Take care to maintain social distancing wherever possible
By working together we can ensure that Open Evening 2021 is a successful and memorable event for us all.
