Reception & Pupil Support Officer
Part Time (Term-time only) Maternity Leave Cover
Start Date: 25 February 2019
Grade 3 (20 hours per week)
This post is for a skilled clerical officer to cover for a period of maternity leave to assist with the day to day work of the reception including all administrative and clerical duties in relation to pupil, parent and teacher communications. This is considered a vital role in school and previous experience of this kind of work would be an advantage. In addition, you will undertake other office duties keeping with the grade of the post including managing reports home to parents, text messaging service, emails, letters and requests for clerical support from subject departments as well as managing the daily post and distribution of mail in school. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of the school's SIMS system and possess a higher than average level of IT skills. This post holder also manages certain aspects of the website. A full enhanced DBS is required for the successful candidate.
